Who am I?
As the daughter of Mexican immigrant parents, I take immense pride in my Mexican American heritage. My father, a newly naturalized US citizen, joined the US Army, leading us to live in various places around the world. These experiences exposed me to diverse cultures and people. Growing up as a military dependent instilled in me the values of hard work, discipline, and unwavering commitment in all aspects of my life. Coming from a blue-collar family, I aspired for a brighter future. At the age of 18, I was juggling multiple roles as a college student, an NFL Cheerleader, and holding three jobs to finance my education and sustain myself.

One of my jobs involved working as a sales consultant for a prominent fitness chain. By the time I turned 20, I was promoted to Sales Manager, and at 22, I became the General Manager. It was during this time that I honed my sales and conversion skills, managing a sales team and consistently meeting daily quotas. I firmly believe that every opportunity and experience we encounter in life serves as preparation for our future endeavors. As a wife, mother, athlete, and business owner, I intimately understand the challenges of achieving a work-life balance. Drawing from my personal experiences, I am able to provide guidance and coaching founded on real-world knowledge.
How I Started?
In 2003, I made the bold decision to depart from corporate America and venture into the real estate industry. Many of my peers doubted my chances of success and predicted that I would be seeking my old job within just three months. However, here I am, 22 years later, proving them wrong.
When I first embarked on my real estate career, I joined a rental real estate company. The training provided was only a single day, leaving agents to navigate the challenges on their own. Fortunately, unlike my fellow agents who were new to the field, I had a solid background in sales spanning five years. This experience equipped me with the necessary skill set to construct my own sales system. Within a remarkable eight months, I emerged as the top-performing real estate agent within the company.

From ages 23 to 26, my real estate journey encompassed a variety of roles, including being a high-achieving agent, a corporate trainer, a team leader, a recruiter, and eventually a broker. Having collaborated with numerous real estate companies, I eventually made the decision to establish my own real estate firm at the age of 27. I started with a humble one-person office, but through dedication and perseverance, I expanded to encompass two locations.
How its Going!
Seeking a fresh environment, I embarked on a new chapter in Austin, Texas, in 2020. Within a mere three months of my arrival, I was fortunate to be offered a position as the Director of Growth and Performance at one of the largest real estate companies in the central region. During my first year in this role, I developed a comprehensive one-year training program for the company, introduced numerous additional training initiatives, and provided coaching to agents to support their success.
This exceptional opportunity led to my promotion to Vice President of Training & Coaching within just one year.
Throughout this transformative experience, I attained mastery in training agents, content creation, and expanded my knowledge in marketing, technology, and the development of company-wide training systems and schedules. I had the privilege of training thousands of agents over a span of two years. These achievements were recognized by the Platinum Top 50 organization, which recently honored me with the prestigious "Trainer of the Year" award.
These remarkable experiences have now paved the way for my next journey as the Founder and Owner of Stephanie Perez Coaching and Consulting.

Where am I headed?
While having a vision is crucial, the implementation of action plans is even more significant in realizing that vision. I have a comprehensive plan in place to develop additional online courses that encompass top producer strategies, leadership skills, and personal growth development. Furthermore, I intend to expand the reach of my consulting and coaching services, establishing a network of professionals across the nation.

My ultimate goal extends beyond delivering real estate skills and mindset training. I aspire to share my personal testimony of triumphing over financial, mental, and emotional adversities, inspiring others to think bigger and unlock their true potential. I firmly believe that life should not be reduced to a mere checklist of tasks.
My intention is for every individual who engages in my coaching, training sessions, or attends my speaking events to undergo transformative experiences. Additionally, I am already in the process of writing books that will serve as daily guides, providing continuous support and coaching for those who require it.
