My mission is to provide coaching and consulting that is affordable to all agents. To provide all agents the ability to yield results when applied. Why? Because the statistics of failing small businesses, and the life span of real estate agents, are soul crushing to me.
If any of my 20+ years as a business owner, and real estate professional can change just one person's business, I count it all a success. I am in the business to help others thrive and see success. If I can build a business from nothing, so can you!

How I can Help
I have developed two online learning programs. New agent training and agents looking to take their business to the next level. Opening a real estate company, and running the training departments for many real estate companies, I also assist brokerage looking for consulting services. This is to increase their recruits, productions, and incentives to agents through company created training programs. For the companies looking to pick up the morale of their agents or company employees, I also provide motivational speaking services.
